Terms of Use and General Terms of Sale

Wisebled Market is an online marketplace facilitating connections between professional and individual buyers and sellers, primarily between Africa and Turkey, including product search, ordering, payment, international logistics (cargo), and customer support.

These terms apply to anyone using the website, mobile application, or associated APIs. Additional terms may apply to sellers (seller contract, KYC, commissions).

In this document:

• "Platform": all Wisebled Market digital services accessible via wisebled.com.
• "User": any person with an account or browsing as a guest.
• "Buyer": a user placing an order on the platform.
• "Seller": a user offering products through a certified shop.
• "Order": a contractual sales commitment between buyer and seller, the execution of which is facilitated by the platform.
• "Content": texts, images, reviews, messages, and data published by users.

To use certain features (ordering, selling, wallet, messaging), you must create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental authorization.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must inform us immediately at support@wisebled.com.

Wisebled Tec Ltd reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close an account in case of violation of these terms, fraud, abusive behavior, or upon request from competent authorities.

Wisebled Market acts as a technical and commercial intermediary: we provide the infrastructure (catalog, cart, checkout, payments, tracking) without being a party to the sales contract between buyer and seller, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Services may include: search and recommendations, cart management, local and international delivery options via cargo partners, payment methods (bank card, Mobile Money, Wisebled wallet), messaging, reviews, referral program, and support.

We strive to ensure continuous service availability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Maintenance operations, updates, or force majeure events may cause temporary interruption.

Displayed prices are shown in the currency selected by the user and include applicable taxes at the time of order, where relevant. Delivery, international shipping, customs, or exchange fees may be added and are presented before final confirmation.

An order is binding only after payment confirmation or validation of the chosen payment method. The seller may accept or refuse an order within the timeframes indicated on the product page or shop.

Payments are processed via PCI-DSS certified or equivalent providers. Wisebled may offer an electronic wallet subject to specific conditions (limits, identity verification, temporary freeze during investigation).

• Any attempt at fraud, abusive chargeback, or circumvention of payment flows results in account suspension.
• Refunds are processed according to the applicable return policy and via the original payment method when technically possible.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, destination country, customs checks, and events beyond our control.

For international shipments (notably Turkey → Africa), the buyer may be required to pay duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon arrival, in accordance with local regulations.

Transfer of risk and ownership occurs according to the Incoterms or terms specified at checkout and on the delivery note of the selected carrier.

Except for excluded products (hygiene, personalization, perishable goods, consumed digital content), the buyer has a withdrawal or return period in accordance with applicable regulations in the delivery country and the rules displayed on the product page.

In case of non-conforming, damaged, or undelivered product, the buyer must open a claim within the indicated timeframes via the orders section or support. Wisebled may offer mediation but primary responsibility lies with the seller.

Disputes not resolved amicably may be submitted to a mediation procedure or competent courts according to the "Applicable law" section.

Every user agrees to:

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations (commerce, customs, intellectual property, data protection, international sanctions).
• Not publish illegal, defamatory, misleading, counterfeit, hateful, pornographic content, or content endangering minors.
• Not manipulate reviews, prices, ranking, or platform systems (bots, abusive scraping, security circumvention).
• Provide honest information about identity, products, stock, and delivery times.
• Use platform messaging courteously and for transactional purposes.

The Wisebled Market brand, logo, interface, databases, algorithms, and all editorial elements of the platform are protected and remain the exclusive property of Wisebled Tec Ltd or its licensors.

Sellers guarantee they hold the necessary rights to the content they publish (photos, descriptions, videos). They grant Wisebled a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote this content within the scope of the service.

Any unauthorized reproduction, extraction, or exploitation of the catalog or platform data is strictly prohibited.

Products are sold under the exclusive responsibility of the seller, who guarantees their legal compliance, safety, and accuracy of descriptions. Wisebled is not a manufacturer or importer unless otherwise stated.

Wisebled Tec Ltd shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, loss of data, commercial prejudice) or for acts or omissions of sellers, carriers, or third-party payment providers.

To the extent permitted by law, Wisebled's overall liability for intermediary services is capped at the amount of commissions received on the disputed order over the twelve (12) preceding months, except in cases of gross negligence or fraud.

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy available at /legal/confidentialite. By using the platform, you acknowledge having read it.

You can manage your privacy, notification, and cookie preferences from your account area and the consent banner.

We may modify these terms to reflect legal, technical, or commercial changes to our services. Users will be informed by notification, email, or banner on the platform.

Continued use after the modifications take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may close your account before the effective date.

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the buyer's country of residence where required by law.

In case of dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution via support or mediation. Failing that, the competent courts of Douala (Cameroon) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rules.
